Extremely rude staff. Called to ask about market prices and they refused to answer. First question I asked was about the market price for crab. Employee's response was that they had never been asked that before, that they had been asked about oysters but never crab meat. When I explained that my girlfriend likes crab, they responded saying that they would not tell me the market price for crab meat and that I would have to go in to find out. They were extremely rude about it and refused to answer the question about market price, where as every other restaurant did. No idea why this was so hard for them. Didn't even bother asking my other questions. Clearly, we will be choosing a different place to eat. Shocked at how rude the staff was.

The only reason I'm giving four stars is the limited selection of domestic beers, my favorite was not available. The atmosphere was fun, and the service was impeccable. Our waiter took care of us from start to finish. But just a heads a heads up before you head there, its not cheap and they add a 20 percent gratuity to the bill. Just wanted to keep you from the sticker shock.

We had a good lunch experience at Deanie's. The restaurant was very busy but the service was still good and fast. We ordered a few apps - the shrimp nachos and calamari. Both were pretty good. Nachos are much different then what you may expect, but in a good way! The calamari wasn't the best we had - wish it was served with something other than what tasted like spaghetti sauce. Believe it or not we liked the complimentary potatoes the best. They were seasoned perfectly with just the right amount of spice!

OMG!!! Service was awesome! Came on st Patrick's day weekend, thought it was gonna be a long wait. Myron H. Were an excellent waitress. He made sure everything was too our satisfaction. The food was on point, hot and came directly about 10 minutes after we ordered. I rated this a 5 star not only for the great food but for fast service with an awesome customer service.

I'm in Nola visiting for a bachelorette weekend. I arrived here at 9:45pm on 4/21. The crab balls were mushy and 90% filling. Took one bite and didn't like the taste or consistency, but the manager, Larry, said he couldn't take it back or off the check. So I ended up paying almost $20 for an entree that I didn't even enjoy it consume in its entirety. Larry was rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic customer service skills. When asked to speak to someone higher, he replied that only God was above him. The second worst customer service experience I've ever had. Do not support this business.
