Dad and I tried Longboards in Salem tonight. We were very impressed! Jake the bartender was excellent, ALL the staff was! Free flavored popcorn from 'Popped' a couple doors down was Jalapeno poppers flavor. Really good....cheesy with just a touch of heat. For dinner we got lobster rolls...amazing!!! Loads of fresh sweet chunks of lobster, very little, (if any) mayo, a touch of shredded lettuce to add crunch, and a squirt of lemon. Absolutely delicious. **I'm a lobster roll snob and I hate overly dressed rolls. Finely minced lobster, tons of mayo, celery and onions, and more lettuce than lobster.....NO THANKS!!** Longboards rolls we're one of the best I've ever had!. Dad got his with a side of piping hot delicious clam chowder, and I got mine with tater tots. Jake made me a great skinny margarita too. Staff and decor made us feel comfy and 'right at home'. We will definitely go back!! Big comfy leather sofa lounge area looks like a great place to hang out. Top score also, because restaurant and both bathrooms are handicapped accessible!!! My only suggestion would be to swap one or two more of the high tops for regular tables. Some people (like me) with disabilities cannot sit at a hightop and I saw only one regular table...the one we sat at. Bottom line great place!

We had a great dining experience, we weren't rushed and able to catch up with old friends and really enjoy our time there. Service and food were very good. Hats off

I ordered “the situation burger” medium rare. It came to the table within reasonable time. However the fries on the burger were a soggy paste and they forgot the fried pickles. They took the burger back to which I assumed to replace the burger. The waitress told me she was going to put some bacon on it as compensation. The same burger was brought back with undercooked bacon and 2 barely fried cucumbers. I had high hopes as LS Brady hyped it up. Not recommended.

My friend and I were in Salem for the night and were bar hoping, first of all, best burger I've ever had, and I eat a lot of burgers. Two really good drinks were boom boom and one that I can't remember the name of but it was tea related. Highly recommend.
