Came here on 03/03/2018 at around 7pm to get frostys. After sitting in front of a silent speaker for over five minutes I was asked simply "what do you want?" When I ordered 2 small frostys, I was told "we don't have small frostys" in an incredibly rude tone. When I asked instead for 2 medium frostys thinking that they were out of small cups, I was literally yelled at with "What do you not understand? I said we don't have frostys!" Im shocked that Wendy's would hire such a disrespectful employee. If your employees act like they don't want my money, then you won't be getting it.

I went to the drive-thru for to Frosty's one for child in the car seat one for myself the price was good the shake was good but it took about 25 minutes to get it. There was a long line behind me a long line in front of me I figured perhaps they were low stuffed when I showed up to the window to pay for my item and pick it up there were many staff I was shocked and disappointed disorganized chaos in slow motion. who is the first time I've been to Wendy's in over a year.
