The hostess chick was kind of huffy at a window seat request. She let us have the table my Grandfather requested, which was in an area unassigned to a server. It took a few minutes for anyone to notice we were in need of service as she didn't inform anyone they had a rogue table as the server for our section wasn't at work yet. However, at check out, the same hostess said, 'Sorry about your wait, but YOU wanted that table...' I didn't care for the tone... Or the heavy sigh when my Grandfather asked for a table with better natural light. Guess it's our fault then :/ If she wasn't there our visit would have been almost perfect. The food was great. Our server, Tasha was worth the wait.

Wonderful food as always and the service was top notch!!! Today, my son had the fish and chips and I had the hot roast beef sandwich and it was very, very good. We have been coming here for years and have never had anything but a fantastic experience each and every time.

Clean family friendly place for homemade food, desserts and small plates. Great for breakfast, lunch, dinner and ok for anyone alone too. I got great table service and only order a coffe with complimentary refills and breakfast. Fresh Bakery items are available for purchase.

Not the best food. The Cutlerville one doesn't have the soup & salad bar. That's sad. North Muskegon Russ is the best out of all of them.
