Great food (love the variety)! Wait staff is very pleasant. It was busy without being overcrowded or excessively busy. Like the addition of a bar area in case I want to meet adult friends. Bar is separated from family seating so you can go for a family outing without this area interfering your family's enjoyment.

Great happy hour prices. The wait staff was pleasant and asked if we wanted more drinks which isn't always the case. Of course the burgers are bomb. I got mine wrapped in lettuce to save carbs - yum!

Loved going here before the updated look and now everything is different. First of all, your "endless" fries are just a few fries squished together in a metal container, (nothing to the serving size you used to get) and the burgers are just not good anymore. My burger was dry and tasted like a frozen patty... super disappointing since this used to be a great chain restaurant. Save your money and go to Five Guys for super fresh tasting burgers.

This is a great Red Robin! The food is perfect, the service quick and friendly, and the management is always attentive. Plus the new options for bottomless sides of any type is pretty fantastic if you're trying to avoid eating four pounds of french fries (which I tend to do when I order them here!) :)

I would normally rate this with five stars, but this time we were there the waitress wasn't there... I mean she took over 15 minutes to great us and only did when I went into the kitchen to figure out what was going on.. then she took our orders and then we waited n waited n waited .. then we got our food but not by our waitress but the poor bus boy doing her work for her!! The last and next time we saw her was for the bill... we tipped the bus boy personally since he did everything while she spent her time on her phone!!
