What is going on with your Frings? 2 different locations in 2 weeks and each time.. completely undercooked.. Why? Oh, Why??All of a sudden, my World doesnt make sense.. So, if this is intentional and let's say the ORings cook faster than the French Fries? And MAYBE, ya'll just picked a middle ground to get them done faster, cooking them both together? Just speculating.. BUT if this IS the case..I SURELY can wait another minute for a Batch of Frings that are Consistently Throughly Cooked..PLEASE PLEASE "BRING BACK THE MINUTE" (Also, I would like to thank you for the other 200+orders of well prepared Frings that I have consumed- in 2017) Also, if ya'll change your ORings to the Big Crusty Flaky kind like those at (D. 🙊Censor- I don't need some Corporation suing me- for giving them a compliment) But a combination of Runzas wonderful CrinkleCut F.Fries and those other ORings cooked to a rustic brown color- served in that Very Environmentally friendly recycled paper sleeve.... OH, How wonderful the little things in life are....

Love Runza but my server Kerry was having a bad day or something .. Balked at her kitchen staff my order and had a very cold attitude.

Very good for fast food. Great fries and onion rings.

Good burger and the Runza sandwich is good too. The fries and o rings are usually hot and plentiful. Had the chicken sandwich once and was not impressed at all. A little pricey but not too bad. The only thing i can say bad is they double billed me on my card twice and then took a week to return the money.
