For a place that puts the word eggs in their name, you would expect that they know about eggs. My experience was the opposite. I tried to order soft boiled eggs, and they couldn't do it. We wanted egg white omelet, they made it wrong with regular eggs, and they came and ask is it okay or not??? Of course not, we ordered egg whites. The other food taste not too different from Denny's. Service staff was wonderful. Great waitressing friendly and pleasant. Not the waitstaff fault on these issues, definitely this place is not ready to live up to the name of the restaurant Jimmy "EGGS" If the eggs aren't any special than any other restaurants, no point coming back.

We arrived around 10:45am on a Sunday and the line was kinda long but the actual wait was less than 10 minutes by the time we were seated. From the time we ordered until the time our food was at our table was closer to 15 minutes but they were pretty swamped at this time of day so it is understandable. By the time we left the line was stretched outside (probably about twice as long as when we arrived). As far as the food and service is concerned, both were excellent with nothing negative to mention. I will definitely come again but not on a Sunday at the time that we previously went.

I had an omelet. It was very good. The waitress was nice.
