I think the allure of this place has finally worn off. The first time we went to this Red Robin, the service was awesome. With each subsequent visit, the service has been going downhill. Even with it being a busy restaurant, the servers aren't attentive. Tonight on Memorial Day, it's a bit quiet but it's very slow. The server we had, was even slower. The restaurant wasn't busy at all so you would imagine that you would get quicker service. The food was great though, when it finally came.

Red Robin To-Go is a great option during workday lunch-time hour. The Chicken Bruscetta sandwich tastes good. It comes with fries but you are allowed to sub it for a side salad. Great option.

Long wait to be acknowledged or served. Food either cold over cooked or burned. Advice horrible. Will never return

Burger was good, Cocktails were Tasty. Service was a little slow. I will try this place again.

Terrible service. The staff can definitely improve on guest service. No acknowledgment or interest on wanting to make guest feel welcome. Definitely not worth coming to this location.
