Placed To Go order online for the wrong restaurant, Manager Rick was very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate me. Staff was very attentive and friendly, restaurant was clean and food was great!!! This will definitely be my go to place for a good meal!!!!!!

Friday’s has been a favorite since 1972 for me, and this location lives up to the standards of the original. Food is always quality and the staff is experienced and friendly. Try lunch and appetizer items as well as bar drinks. Television at the bar and music in your ears so enjoy the experience

Terrible. We waited 1/2hr. for a table that was empty, when we walked in! Strawberry daiquiri was a warm, syrup mix, that was over poured, in a beer glass. Fifty-seven minute wait for dinner, got up, got my own silverware and food was ice cold. The service was minimal. I thought a Tuesday night would be manageable, it really was not busy. The staff seemed to be walking in circles and took too long to serve and check tables. I wont waste my time or money again.

Worst service ever!!!!! We ordered our food and it took forever to get . When we finally got our food one of the dishes was cold. We sent it back and had to wait another 25 min to get another plate. Then when we got it back it was less of a portion then original. Plus it was stone cold again. We asked to speak with manager. He came over not even acting like a manager and tried to justify that the food was temped to the proper temperature. It was cold and the skillet was cold. He then argued with me saying he personally check the temperature because he was at that stay in in the kitchen and then preceded to say that other then comping the plate he couldn't do anything else for us....i will never ever go back to this establishment. They should really think about how they treat their customer because they are in the customer service business.

The food was great! My fiance and I ordered out from the Niagara Falls Blvd Mall location. We want to order again.
