The manager I think her name was Stephanie was awesome. We had one small thing left out of our pickup bags and she made extremely good one it. Without question or without skepticism she made good on it. We go their frequently for their amazing value $7 lunch specials. Tons of options and a lot of food!!! If you pick your food up on time and can appreciate friendly casual service this is a great lunch or dinner spot. The seem to mess up my pick ups a lot....I use this one because they're close to work but every time I go something is forgotten or done wrong and we go weekly....The management is great at fixing stuff but it does get annoying .

Today was by far my best experience at Chili’s. The food was great and so was the service. The restaurant was remodeled since last time I was here and it looked really nice. The waitress typed our order into a tablet and before she finished the order someone was bringing our drinks. Great job Chili’s!!! I will definitely be back soon.

I visited this chili's for the 1st time in over 15 years & I must say things are much better! Server was amazing & friend & absolutely diligent with any request or question we had. Food was plentiful and hot out of the kitchen, utensils clean & spot free served point side in a paper bag, drinks were fresh & cold, ice clean. Everything was spot on! Great job!

We hadn't been there since before the remodel. It was more open which also made it feel louder. We liked to go here for it's more private seating. The food quality also seemed to have gone downhill. It was average, not better than most the other chain restaurants in the area like it used to be. The wait staff was friendly but were definitely had too many tables that night if the wait time for refills and our bill was any indication.

I would give it 5 stars if it hadn't been for one little issue. They were so busy our waitress forgot to tell us that one of the items that was supposed to go in my b/fs burger and our sides was completely unavailable. So instead of asking us what we wanted in its place they assumed what we wanted and gave us that. And completely gave my b/f a burger he hadn't ordered. It's not that they were out of the item, that's fine...its the fact they just kinda assumed we'd want what they gave us instead asking us if we wanted to change our order. It kinda ruined the rest of our night there..
