I have been here several times, honestly, the first time I said I wouldn’t go back. I thought their house bun was too dry and the burger wasn’t great, I certainly expected more for the price, that was within the first week of opening. My wife talked me in to going back because it is hard to find places that serve grass fed beef burgers in Salem, and she liked her food. I am glad we went back, they worked out the kinks in their bread, the burgers are delicious, I actually love the chicken sandwich. The service is fast and friendly. There are still some kinks, though: 1) They need to fix their website so that you can put notes on your order, like “egg over medium”. Also, there is no gluten free bun option for kids meals, but there is a no bun option. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue, but see problem 2. 2) you can’t call them. Well you can, but they won’t answer. I understand that they are super busy and they don’t want to take phone orders, but to make sure that doesn’t impact online customer experience they need to fix problem one. As of now if I want to order online I have to park downtown and submit the order, then run as fast as I can inside to correct it, that’s definitely not ideal. 3) I don’t think the restaurant space is family friendly, especially the fact that I believe there is either one or zero high chairs. This could be by design, maybe they don’t want families screwing up the hipster vibe. But I guarantee my bill is bigger than that young hipster couple behind me. All in all, you should eat here. High quality food is important in our family and should be considered important by everyone, and the high quality food scene in Salem is just getting started and I think Bo & Vine will be a pioneer in that space.

The food and drinks are awesome, and the staff there are nice. Portions are a good size and they offer a lot of different sauces to try out. I recommend their shakes, they're super tasty and you won't regret it. The location is a little on the small size so sometimes the seating can be hard to come by, but with the warmer weather you can sit outside at their tables.

The wait was longer than expected and getting a table was tough but did work out. I'm gluten free and ordered a salad marked gluten free on the menu. The person taking the order was clearly not trained on that. She did note it and I the cook must have been trained because I ate the salad without getting sick. :) The food tasted good.

Creative array of burgers with fun flavor combinations, high quality meats and quick service. Fun and funky interior. Plenty of outdoor seating as well. A lovely place to stop for lunch in downtown Salem. A little on the spendy side but you're paying for high quality. A great addition to the Salem food scene overall!

Enjoyed the grass fed beef house burger, and tots. The bun while fresh, my fingers collapsed it, toasting would have helped. The house tots were strange but tasty. The sauces were great and were a good way to complete the food. Topped my meal off with a tasty root beer. Spendy and worth the price for quality beef.
