Friday at 7pm and only one bartender, so yes we didn't expect great service and management is to blame for that, but there comes a point where it is it is straight up negligent. People waiting 20 minutes after they're done their food for check, no napkins or silverware, completely forgot my drink order, came back after 5 minutes because she forgot what I ordered and hadn't even put in the appetizer we ordered 10 minutes before that.

I feel like Chili's has gone down hill. At least this one. Food was disappointing and service was just plain bad. 8pm on a Thursday, restaurant has only a small handful of takes seated. Waited over 5 minutes at an empty hostess station while wait staff walked by several times without acknowledging us. Finally taken to a table in the bar despite empty tables in the restaurant. There were clearly several off duty employees in the bar. Bartender waited on us but food was slow and not up to usual standards. Bartender never came back to check on the food, and though we were right next to the bar, she did not come back again at all. I wanted to pay with cash, but I paid with credit using the little screen on the table, as I was tired of waiting. Rare that I go light on a tip, but this was one time that I did.

Typical chain place. Food was good, place was clean, prices were okay. Our server was great though. She gave honest feedback on dishes, what is good, what really isnt. I would go back again. I recommend.

Great staff, excellent food at fair prices. I took my husbans here, (mind you he is very picky), and he loved all of it. A+

They provide alot of food, as we took some extra boxed home. To me it just wasn't the best. The fried pickles we're very salty and not good. I love fried pickles, but we returned those. They were gracious to substitute after we told them we didn't like them. I have not eaten much at Chili's, and probably won't be returning any time soon.
