Second morning to eat here. First morning was good with quick and friendly service with excellent food. Second time in, it took 15 plus minutes to have a waitress come to our table. We were only one of three couples in the place. The waitresses were slow and would wander to the back room. Finally, just as we were leaving, one served us coffee. The crepes were as thick as pancakes. My hubby did enjoy his omelette . We will not eat at this IHop again. Consistency is a must for return visits .

HORRIBLE FOOD! Extremely poor, slow and lazy service. We asked for hot syrup and they brought us a open bowl filled with syrup. I asked for Colorado omelette and was given a steak omelette with The gristle still attached. We both had gristle in our omelette. And to top it off, The waitress decided to keep some of our change. So since she decided that $.38, was worth holding on to, we let her keep it as her tip. Now she can buy that dream vacation she's been planning for!

Location is good, near all the other restaurants and market street. But the service is bad, some of the waitress seemed kinda lazy and tried the manger is uptight and the wait is annoying 20 minutes and the forgot my hash browns

This iHop is brand new so I was expecting minor issues but I was pleasantly surprised that I had none! Food, coffee, and staff were all great! Will definitely be back especially since it’s close to CofC.

By far the cleanest iHop I have ever been too. The glasses are clean, the tables and syrup doesn’t have dust and grime, and the menus aren’t sticky. I swore off iHop years ago, but my son wanted to go in, and glad we did. Great service and food. 👍🏻👍🏻
