Comfortably situated in the heart of the Market and well within walking distance. The interior decor is set nicely along a nautical theme. Ceiling tiles do not match the rest of the decor and has many discrepancies. The food. I was impressed with the Oyster Rockefeller at first. Then I had 2 other items and realized I was impressed by the dish I've never sampled before. The She Crag soup started off fine and tumbled downhill from too many shell or scale fragments. Oysters on the half shell were obviously pre-made and setup, sitting in a cooler to maintain a lower temperature but prepared and served improperly. Overall, I wouldn't be there again.

The Noisy Oyster has the priciest happy hour I’ve seen. I walked to the bar with some friends and was shocked to find the drink menu had NO prices. Assuming beer couldn’t break the bank on happy hour I got a couple Blue moons...Not on draft in a can. Two beers costed $13.00 on happy hour! Happy hour is supposed to make you happy when you look at the price, not make you never want to return.

We came with a group of six grade students. We informed the waiter (before any orders were placed) that the students had a set amount to spend and to let us know if any went over the amount. The waiter let us know that only one went over, but failed to tell us that he would be including a 15% gratuity to EVERY order, which would cause ALL of them to go over. When we received the bills the students panicked because they didn't have enough money. The manager was ABSOLUTELY no help by saying, "this is how the waiter makes their money!" WOW, these are kids on a field trip and you have to make your money off of them by not giving complete information!!! You would think if you say you have a set amount to spend, you would be told gratuity is included to give us the option of going somewhere else, but the waiter knew that he was going to make more than $60 from is. The food was not good and the portions were extremely small for the price. Two orders were forgotten, they weren't even busy, but it took more than 45 minutes for us to receive our food and the service was not good, definitely not worth over $60. I do not recommend Noisy Oyster Seafood!!

I brought a few biker friends to this restaurant last year not only was the food excellent the atmosphere was very pleasant. One of my biker friends asked for diet water so the waitress brought him a 1/4 glass of water with 1 very small ice cube we laughed for hours! She made our day. my wife and I go back every so often even met one of the owners and told him about our experience as we often do. He was very personable and friendly over all a great seafood resaurant

Had lunch here whilst on a tour. I had ordered a burger but changed my mind when I got to the restuarant and ordered the flounder sandwich. It was such an awesome choice. The staff were so accommodating with my request. Our server even asked after how everything was. Great food. Great staff.
