Great fare. Simple. Rustic. Natural. Not bogged down in seasoning or sauces, and what did accompany was complementary to the natural flavors of the plate. The pork was tender, not overdone and the vegetables were delicious and simple. My partner had the burger and complemented that is was, indeed, one of the best they had ever had. The desserts were just as fabulous, simple, incredible, flavorful and not drowning in sugary sauces. Service was great and timely. We definitely will be going back.

Was alright. Onion rings were the best thing. Drink called Phoenix tasted like bacon. Unless you're into that thing, i wouldn't recommend it. Too hipster fancy for my taste but it was clean, nice staff, and decent food.

I travel to Ft. Jackson often and Bourbon is a must eat, at least twice a week. The chef's specials are always spectacular, I never order off the regular menu. The bourbon menu is so complete to meet everyone's taste and style. I love this place, I never know what I'm going to get, the are so many different options.

Visiting from Atlanta and I wish we had more inviting spaces like this. Quality without the pretentious feel. Drinks were great.

Absolutely delicious flavorful food! Had the Pineapple glazed grilled shrimp fried rice and the lamb burger, both were over the top amazing. And dare I even say....we'll worth the price.
