This is hands down the worst fast food restaurant in Spartanburg. I could’ve went and sat down at a restaurant and ate in the time I spent in the drive thru. Never again Arby’s, no thank you.

Poor quality of food, we ordered two RB&C sandwiches & chicken tenders with curly fries. Everything was super old. The chicken was cold, our fries were cold and tasted as if they’ve been under a hot lamp all day just to keep them warm, our sandwiches had a VERY small amount of cheddar, the RB was dry. Not going back to this location again.

Great place hot great food. Huge sandwich if you get the large one it's really large. Love it!

Food quality's ok; but they tend to drop the ball when it comes to order accuracy. On a previous visit, I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo with no mayonnaise or lettuce. What I got; was a crispy fish sandwich with lettuce and mayo. On the plus side though; their happy hour menu is squared away.

After waiting in line e for 25min.finally got my order in only to have to wait another 15min.for it to 've fixed. 4 people behind me got their orders before me. And it wasn't even the lunch hour. Only one person working the counter, one on the window and apparently one cooking. I had a fish sandwich, deluxe and it was bland. Come on Arby's, your better then this!!😡😡
