Busy high end steakhouse. Awesome service. Elegant fare. Usually crowded. As long as no events downtown parking is good. Loved the Brussels sprouts. Great wine selection.

I live on the East Coast an have gone to Tennessee close to a dozen times just to go to the Cork & Cow. In late 2017, my wife and I took a 12 week cross country road trip. After leaving home, our first stop was to Franklin to go to the Cork & Cow and on our way home our last stop was once again the Cork & Cow. The food is delightful, the service is beyond compare and the bartenders make some of the best drinks I've ever had. We're headed back in a few weeks and I can't wait.

If you want a fabulous cut of beef, this is your restaurant. The food was perfectly prepared, complimented by lovely side dishes, and extraordinary service. Reservations are suggested because the dining room fills up fast. While we were there we ate in the bar, and the bartender could not have been more attentive. The filet that I enjoyed had one of the best flavors of any fillet I've enjoyed. The side of sauteed spinach was lovely and filled with bits of garlic. The bartender treated us to dessert which was a seasonal apple cobbler topped with a sour cream ice cream. All of us in our party agreed if we could have done it we would have started over and eat and everything again. It was just that good.

Making a reservation is really easy. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The food is amazing. The cocktails are excellent.

Horrible service. We came here for my birthday because we had such a great experience in April for my son’s birthday. This was a different experience. The steak was undercooked and the waitress said that’s how it’s supposed to be. The service was terrible for the amount of money we spent.
