We visited on a Sunday morning about 1030. It was not too busy and we were seated quickly. The Egg and I is only open for breakfast and lunch, but has a varied menu that includes gluten free options. I tried the Pineapple Tonic that is a combination of pineapple, orange juices with ginger...it was quite tasty! I ordered the traditional Eggs Benedict and it was made to perfection, the Hollandaise sauce was creamy and smooth and the eggs were just runny enough. Waitress was quick, friendly and attentive. This is a place to return to!!

I have been here a few times, every trip is better than the last. I would highly recommend them to anyone for a great healthy bite to eat. Great staff and the GM Larissa is amazing at her job.

We were visiting Lubbock & I saw Egg & I & tried it out. They close around 2:30 p.m. I went back three days in a row. The name tells you what to expect. They do breakfast meals primarily with French Toast, & other typically breakfast type things to go with egg dishes. They also have breakfast sandwiches. It is restaurant style seating & the service was great. They had a separate room for parties. Parking was available out front & to the sides as it is part of a corner strip mall.

Great breakfast resteraunt. This place has a nice hometown feeling and the staff are always willing to assist. The prices sre fair and we will be returning here often. Please remember that they are not open for dinner.

Family was seated at a dirty table. I pointed it out and the issue was never taken care of. Other people standing waiting to check out looking for somebody to take care of them. Poor management.
