What an awesome "hole in the wall" spot this is. The food is incredible and the prices are more than reasonable. Be prepared to wait if you want to eat inside...the to-go and call ahead orders are done pretty quickly though. Staff is nice and attentive. Highly recommend!

This place is incredible. I've never had better Thai food. Be prepared to be here a while, they could use more space and they're so popular, it can take a while to get a table or food, but it's all worth it.

These are my opinions on Thai Pepper:  The Good 👍 - The best Pad Thai in a 300 mile radius - Excellent curry, fried rice, and appetizers  - Take out available  - Near campus  The Bad 👎 - Long wait times  - Crowded seating area  - Only open on weekdays - Sometimes closed for extended periods of time  - Have to wait in line to pay when you leave  - $10 card minimum  There's no doubt Thai Pepper has amazing food, and if the food was all that matters this review would be five stars. Unfortunately I typically have to wait ~15 minutes to have a server bring the menu when dining in if they are busy, and they are always busy because they are hardly ever open. I love the food but I find that often when I plan to get lunch/dinner there with someone that we arrive and they are either closed or too full for the number of people in our group, which has led to annoying situations. Overall the cost of the food is reasonable and I would recommend coming here to anyone, but I find myself coming less and less because the hassle isn't really worth it. Update: They renovated the interior, which is nice, but I waited for 15 minutes standing awkwardly by myself and still didn't get a seat 🙄

This place has the best Pad Thai around. The staff are friendly if a bit frazzled from all the customers. It has been very busy every time I’ve come. The food is high quality, even if their spicy isn’t super spicy. They have yummy sweet chips as free appetizers, with this sugar dip that is divine and messy. My huge complaint is that they aren’t open longer during the day. I would eat here more if the hours were extended to meet my very busy schedule. Just a heads up if you’re a poor student: bring cash, because if you use a card there is a $10 minimum.

The food at Thai Pepper is great. The place tends to get crowded pretty quickly during lunch break and often will remain this way up to 2pm. Service is good although they might be understaffed. Expect to wait 30 minutes on a takeout order. This is a good sign, though, as the food is consistently fresh. I read a review with a complaint about small food portions but i have never seen a small portion in any of my orders. Highly recommended.
