I went to raising canes expecting a normal experience, but the service I got was outstanding, Noah Tellez is the most passionate, caring, and amazing man I’ve ever had the pleasure of being serviced by. He carries the canes franchise on his back, and i am so excited for my next experience. Thank you Noah, I walked in in a sad mood but walked out satisfied and smiling. God bless you, you wonderfully kind man.

Greeted by a smiling cheery individual who took our order for 6 hungry customers. Our food was delivered to our tables, food was hot n very tasty. Place is always clean n inviting. Thanks Canes for coming to Plano Texas. We love you!

Very good fast food at a decent price. The food is heavy, but what do you expect? It's friend chicken. None the less, the sauces are awesome and the customer service is great.

I know a lot of people love this place. I just can't figure out why. The chicken is ok, the fries taste just like the ones you can buy frozen at the grocery store. The sauce is good. There are just a ton of better chicken places.
