We have been coming to eat at Razzoo's for awhile now. We have never been disappointed. The staff is always very friendly and up beat. The food always tastes hot and fresh. Delicious menu all around. The food also always arrives speedily. I have yet to try out any of their drinks from the bar but I am sure I won't be disappointed. Excellent Cajun food in my humble opinion! They still offer the "jaws" platter but it is off menu now.

Called to see if they could seat a party of 12. Would not take a name or reservation. Got there, was told it would be AT LEAST an hour. Never asked if we could have separate tables. The place was not crowded. Love the food but guess nobody wanted a good tip. This was at 2pm on a Saturday.

The food is DELICIOUS, but this location should really take a look at their managers and consider retraining them; especially the younger ones who have little or no customer service experience. I personally contacted the restaurant and the corporate office regarding a service situation that I experienced for my group birthday celebration and the unprofessional treatment by one of their managers January 2018. To date, I've never received confirmation or feedback from either with any information on how they planned to address the situation. The incident could have escalated and been detrimental to the reputation of Razzoo's had video been posted to social media. Many other customers witnessed the incident and were noticeably upset and frightened by what happened. I visited the restaurant again with just my daughter in February, that same manager was still there and her attitude was still nasty. It's unfortunate and unbelievable.

Worst customer service EVERY!! Tried to have a nice dinner for a friends party and unfortunately they don’t do reservations. The ladies at the door were very rude. They told us it would be a hour to two hours on the wait time. Now remind you they weren’t very busy, had to keep asking what the wait time was and all we kept getting was, “We are just waiting for tables”. Walked around and they had two long tables available. Also the whole out door area was available but they told us that they were not serving outside and that it was closed. How can you close a area on a friday afternoon?? We waited a minute until we just said forget it and soon as we leave they call for our table. Has me thinking they didn’t want to serve us. All they had to do was put some of the empty tables together. Didn’t even bother to ask if we would like to sit at different tables. All we wanted to do is eat and enjoy ourselves.

Love the food & the bartender Jess is GREAT! However, the manager on duty tonight (RICKY) was a complete a**hole. My bf wanted "extra crispy" bacon on his order. When he got his food, the bacon was a little cripsy & rubbery and raw looking on the inside too. He attempted to eat it, but couldn't. He felt bad but he told our waiter & the waiter even said it wasn't cooked right. My bf changed the order because he didn't want it to be a big deal w/ the bacon again and wanted it easier for everyone because of how busy they were. Our waiter brought the MOD over & this guy talks to my bf about how this is how the bacon is suppose to be or it will be "burnt". My bf wanted it burnt and explained that to him. Ricky proceeded to tell us again how it was suppose to be that way and when he asked do you want something else...my bf said yes because he had already told the waiter. The manager then walks off dumps all of the food out in front of us and rolls his eyes on the way to the back. We weren't asking for money back, we weren't being rude...he just wanted what was ordered. We ended up just paying for my meal & leaving. We have been coming for years & this was by far the worst we have dealt with. Ricky needs a job that doesn't involve people or customer service because he is horrible at what he does now.
