I went yesterday and the service was TERRIBLE. We waited at the hostess table for over 15 minutes as several waitresses walked by, looked at us, and kept moving. This is despite the fact that the place wasn't even half full. At least the food was good (naked wings tasted better than the breaded wings). If you want some spice in your wings, don't select anything below the "hot" level, as mild and medium have absolutely no kick. The mini cakes in a cup were really good. Another thing about the service, the waitress took a very long time to check in on us after serving the food.

Normally I am a big fan of Hooters but this one was terrible. Our server got our orders wrong. She was nice enough. Maybe they where just slammed. Long wait for wings and sandwiches. The smoked wings where poorly seasoned and incredibly dry. Incredibly bad service and food with an 18% gratuity built in to your receipt.

Where to begin... Sitting in Hooters trying to enjoy a meal. We will in empty seats everywhere but are told a 20-25 min wait. Then sit down order appetizer and 2 mix drinks. Drinks barely have any alcohol at all mostly juice. Appetizer is cold cheese sticks are barely cooked. Order 10 boneless wings and fries and I get 9 wings and 1 bone from a wing and the fries have a few hairs in them. Asked for manager and he came strolling over not seeming to really care and asks what's the problem and proceed to tell him. No apologies or anything just takes food back. I usually check reviews before I come but since I use to come here all the time why bother??? Big mistake this place needs a big change from top down! Disappointed severely!!

It took over 1 hour to get our wings. We ordered 30 wings all drums and got 30 wings all flaps. Our waitress said she could send them back but we had already waited so long we told her we didn't have time. The wings were barely warm.

This use to be one of our favorite spots!! Over the past couple of years it has gone downhill! Our waitress was actually great!! But the food not so much and the bartender seemed more concerned about flirting then actually making our drinks!! Definitely not the place we use to love!! We will go to the downtown location from now on!! I would rather pay for parking then have to deal with this place!!
