This is a 1 star review but the food was 3 star and the waiter was 5 star. We checked online and it said 30 minute wait if we get in line virtually. We came 25 minutes later and they said it was a 45 minute wait longer and online check in just let's them know we were coming it does not actually save a spot. We sat for over an hour. When we were seated there were more open tables (clean with silverware) then seated tables. I only can assume they were short staffed and decided to make people wait in the lobby. We have 3 children. Sitting at a table with an explanation of why slow service would be much better than sitting in the lobby.

After going to the Olive garden in West valley and watching an employee walk straight from a stall in the bathroom to the kitchen without washing his hands my girlfriend and I came to this one and were very happy with our choice. Way cleaner, friendlier staff and even the food tasted better. Also a nice location and cozy, classy building.

I like Olive Garden because I like pasta and Italian style foods. The quality of the meals is generally pretty good, but it's not as good as authentic Italian food. That's why a four star rating. Other than that, I've always been pleased with the service I have received, particularly in the Salt Lake location. Happy, friendly staff who are fun to talk to. As an added plus you can hit two pokestops from almost any table in the Salt Lake restaurant for those Pokémon Go! players

Staff is attrntive and kind. Chose the perfect day to go in with my son, Sunday early afternoon, so it was quiet, nice setting. And the food was yummy! The only problem is parking outside is full, drove around the block twice looking for a spot, before pulling into underground paid parking. Still, really nice place to go.

Really enjoyed the food. Bartender/waiter was particularly nice. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Very personable.
