Only go here if you have ample time to spend, you don’t mind sharing food, and you like boiled meat. The service was good, but I felt we paid a ridiculous amount of money to boil our own food in a pot of broth. The chicken was chewy. The cheese fondue was fabulous. We sent our kids to a babysitter for four hours, but had to leave before the chocolate fondue came out because it took so long to get through the actual dinner portion. Everyone dips in the same pot.

Loved The Melting Pot! Inhad never been to any type of Fondue restaurant before and I was unsure of it but the experience was amazing and the food was perfect! Cheese and sauces all made at your table, everything was so fresh and delicious! The booths are very private with high walls so it's the perfect spot for a romantic date! I can't wait to go back!

Always a memorable place to eat. We love the cheese and chocolate fondue. You can always ask for more dippers. Because we don't get a main meal, we get an extra cheese portion. It's highly recommended to make a reservation, especially on cold nights. Staff was wonderful and always happy.

We came for the cheese special they were having. Please note this only includes the cheese, not any meat or sides. So more like an appetizer. But we added salad and chocolate and was still affordable. The seats of the table could have been cleaner, Especially in the crevices. When I was a waitress I cleaned them, it's just what you do.. Anyways, our waitress Tayrn was very nice & professional. I hope she's my waitress next time. I've been here a few times and have always enjoyed the food. It's a great date, or group place.

Would have liked to try this place. However, after attempting to make a reservation online via their website we were told we had to call. Tried walking in since we were walking about 5 min down the road, and honestly it didn’t look too busy, but we were told it would be a 1 1/2hour wait. We explained about the online reservation and were told “oh yeah, it is a little strange” and “most people just call”. Then don’t have the option to reserve online if it’s not going to work. The staff also didn’t seem very helpful as we then asked if there was anywhere else in the area we could try. We were given a couple places which were dressy and $$$$. We were walking in jeans and tennis shoes so totally not appropriate. Thankfully we found the cutest place called Eva that had amazing food and wonderful staff. So maybe it was a good thing we didn’t get served at the melting pot.
