The pizza was great but the service sucked. I went about year ago & I was satisfied with the service. Maybe because there was actually a crowd to serve. Well, my best friend wanted to try My Pi because he recently moved to the area (Hampton). When we were about to go to that location, they were closed (Sunday). We decided to make that drive to Newport News. When we we came in, it seemed to be an issue like we were disturbing them. It was around 7:30 on a Sunday yes. . that means football was on. The person that was actually there when we walked in was watching football. He got up .. no hello or anything. . and walked to the kitchen. He didn't come out. We thought he was going to wash his hands and come but then someone else came out. As the pizza was being made, random maybe potential employees in no uniforms kept going into the kitchen. Then leaving. The person making our pizza barely took the time to actually speak and kept saying, "What else" and that's it like everything was an issue. The cashier seemed like it was an issue to ring up my food and gave me a tone when she asked me to sign a receipt. While my best friend and I were dinning in, we were chatting. The employees were all over each other in front of us. They could have at least asked if we enjoyed our food but they were into the football game and each other. The price of the "personal pan" was a little much. I could have purchased a medium pizza at another business. I believe we pay just for a "Subway" or "Chiptole" like service. Again, pizza was great. . but the service. . not so. . great.

My family and I have literally never had a bad experience here. The food always comes out on time. It is slightly different at times because of the person making it but the taste is always basically the same. It is never greasy and always tastes fresh. The price is mega awesome before 6 during the week but still worth it when it's not on sale.

This was my first visit to my pi and my last the server ERIN was quite rude an unprofessional had and attitude from the time I ordered. she burnt my daughters pi and threw them in so fast that when I wanted to make a change she decided to act/talk slick so I decided to cancel the entire order. Without getting into details management acted quite professional and handled the situation. I appreciated that, it's unfortunate that one employee can cause you to lose what might have been a good profitable relationship with a consumer. Once again I thank the management for being professional and the 4 stars are for you and ERIN you get 0 stars maybe you should just make the pizza and let the other professional employees handle the customers. April 3, 5:10pm time of visit. So management team you know who you are.

I ordered 4 pizzas with 4 drinks for a total of $60.00. The customer service was awful-no one greeted us or offered a menu. I had to find the menu. One person ordered the Hawaiian pizza with only chicken, because does not eat pork, and bacon pieces were put on it. Manager and server refused to remake pizza or make a new one at no cost, so had to purchase a cheese pizza. No apology or additional help offered. The server basically smirked at our dissatisfaction! Never again for that price and negative experience!

I ordered 3 pizzas 30 minutes before my movie. 1 pepperoni, 1 pepperoni w/bacon, & 1 pepperoni w/Italian sausage after 23/25 minutes the pizzas were "ready". The ONLY one right was the 1 w/pepperoni. The young man cutting the pizzas was struggling with the orders while the Manager did NOTHING! There was no apologize offered, refund, just give us a few minutes. Ummm no because the movie was about to start. The lack of customer service was UNREAL!
