Great food & customer service skills. I always take my daughter here on our mommy & daughter dates.

Here on 3/25 before a show at the collesium. Our waiter was absolutely terrible. After taking our order, he was no where to be found. We had empty drinks for most of the meal (which was not great either). At one point, another employee asked if we needed anything, we asked for refills, but she never brought them. After waiting about 20 minutes for our check, we finally flagged him down, but he disappeared again before actually processing the payment. Overall we spent 1+ hours trapped in this subpar restaurant.

Standard bar fare, decent happy hour prices.

Here from Miami Florida. The burgers from Miami are definitely better. My husband, friend, and I all ordered burgers. My burger was cold. My husbands burger just tasted like onions. The meat tasted like nothing. All our fries were cold. The service was a little slow and nonexistent at times. I'm kind of disappointed in my restaurant experiences in va.

So yesterday evening, a few friends and I went to T-Miller's Sports Bar and Grill inside Richmond Marriott Downtown before a show at The National. We walk in and sit at the very end of the bar on the left hand side of the bar closest to the entrance of the restaurant. We're sitting there minding our own business as an older patron of the bar sparks conversation. He's obviously drunk and starts to make unwanted advances towards the two women I was with. We ask him nicely to leave us alone and continue on about his business. He agrees after a slight dispute but decides to approach us two more times. The last time is him getting out of his seat, coming into our personal space. This entire time he had been sexually harassing my two female friends and also rubbing against my other friend. Keep in mind, there is a manager, bartender, and waiter on the other side of this bar listening and watching this unfold as well as the other patrons who could obviously see this guy was being a creep. Nothing was done by management or the employees. Because of this, I took it upon myself to get out of my seat to get this guy to leave. That is when the bartender jumps at me and tries to reprimand me as if we had instigated any of this. The bartender then explained to us that he was a guest of the hotel who has spent a significant amount of money and that he comes before us. Money is more important to this establishment than one patron of the bar sexually harassing another patron. She also said it wasn't a "fighting bar", assuming that's what I was resulting too by getting out of my seat based off my appearance. Not a single person in my party wanted to fight, I just felt I needed to take the initiative to get him to leave us alone since nobody else would. Not a single word was said from the bartender to this guy who stood out of his seat, walked over to us, and was sexually harassing my friends, which the manager and employees of this place can hear and see. She jumped at me almost immediately the second I stood out of my seat. They could see he was well past him limit on the alcohol. Please share this because something needs to be done. I do not stand for what this establishment portrayed to us and certainly hope you don't either. I did not catch the bartenders name, but she was working still by the time we left at about 7:20 pm. I was upset at myself for not recording from the beginning but here is the tail end of the situation:
