I'm impressed with a number of things.. number one was the crazy amount of guitars and instruments that were hanging off the walls that were signed by famous artists.. and two the food was great the service was on time on point and they were very polite there.. it wasn't as loud as I expected and they had a nice vibe if you like rock music. They definitely played more classic rock which is easier to listen to while you're eating and you don't risk upsetting your whole table and everyone around you when some hard SONG hits.

I've been here a few times, but the most recent visit since I've been vegan, I was worried there wouldn't be very many menu options. I was ecstatic to see they had cauliflower wings which are my favorite. The Buffalo Cauliflower wings were amazing. Definitely go-to for date nights at Hard Rock Cafe. The atmosphere is so laid back and chill. I have yet to experience anything less than 4 star service and customer service at Hard Rock Cafe, Seattle, WA.

"When it rains, we pour" is their happy hour motto. Being in Seattle means it's happy hour almost all the time. Hard Rock Cafe was home to our October 2017 networking event and it was a hit! Our attendees loved the upstairs Cavern room, as well as the rooftop bar. We were lucky and had a clear evening, so the view of Pike Place Market was legendary. Megan & John are rockstars, I never pass up an opportunity to work with them.

Amazing food that got to our table very quickly. Being able to see the whole kitchen and the kitchen staff working ensures that our food is made quickly and properly. Beyond that the prices were far more reasonable than i had expected as well. The service was fast and very generous. The terrace on the roof, as well as the venue itself was very well kept and clean. The only issue was the fact there were only 2 bathrooms downstairs. They were unisex so there was a line no matter what.

Food was good, and I really like the atmosphere, but every time I've gone, they've shown this awesome looking cauliflower burger, but it's never once been in stock. So, I live this experience of really wanting to try it and imagining what it's going to be like, but I'm always left disappointed when they don't have it. Maybe it's a clever marketing scheme, but I just can't shake the association I have between Hard Rock Cafe and the cauliflower burger that never was. Nonetheless, the backup food is always good. So, I can't complain too much. I go more for the experience, anyway (And the hope that one day, I'll finally get a taste of that mythical cauliflower burger)
