Always delicious! They usually get things right, but sometimes forget to give you sauces and items in the bag if you're in the drive through. I prefer Carl's Jr to any other fast food restaurant because of the freshness of everything, and I know it's all just regular ground beef and natural ingredients!

My dad and I stopped here yesterday on our way out of downtown. I wish we would have kept driving. As soon as we walked in I noticed my shoes sticking to the floor which struck me as unclean and nasty. I went to use the restroom and a woman clearly high on drugs popped her head out long enough to ask me about "him" and told me to tell "him" she'll be right out. She was bathing and changing in the bathroom so needless to say I decided not to use it after her. No one working seemed to notice her or her antics. She went in and out of the restaurant and the bathroom several times while her boyfriend (or pimp...whichever) kept repeatedly getting her to come sit down...then she'd be off again. The manager didnt notice at all. Now, when said drug addict starting taking apart the fry sauce dispenser and dumping it into those tiny paper containers, I chose to point it put to the manager. He came out and saw her, took it to the back and REFILLED IT FOR HER and put it right back! A drug addict, high as hell, taking the lid off the fry sauce and touching it with the bare hands she just used to bathe herself with in the bathroom...does that not seem like a valid reason to WASH the container before putting it back!? Apparently it isn't at this place... On my way out I pointed out to an employee and the manager what she'd been doing the entire time they'd been ignoring the front of the store. He basically told me he's mentioned it to his boss and that's why they have a piece of paper hanging in the dining area now asking EVERYONE to limit their dining to 30 minutes, because stuff like this is an ongoing problem. I guess it's easier to limit everyone than it is to tell someone being a nuisance to leave. The manager also mentioned he himself has had to wait for the bathroom because of drug addicts locking themselves in them for 20 or 30 minutes. You can't make this shit up. I won't be coming back to this Carl's Jr ever. If I wanted to eat around junkies acting crazy I'd take my meal to the bus depot. 2 stars because the food wasn't totally disgusting even though the place was nasty in more ways than one. It may look nice and new outside, but now I know why everyone was using the drive thru or getting their food to go.

It's rare to find a fast food restaurant that's clean, has friendly service, good food, and descent prices, bit this location nailed it. The staff was super friendly. My food came out quick and my order was correct. Kudos to the management and team of this Carl's Jr.

The menu changed without notice, they removed the sliders and they were rude about it. They also had no other suggestions or offerings to substitute. The process have doubled in the last 10 years and the service had gotten worse. Not worth the money anymore.

Carl's Jr cool but I hate the management. This one guy named Mark Johnson assaulted my fiance while he was in uniform. That was very unprofessional and we are pressing charges. We don't care about your $5 box we care about what them hands is like. ✊
