Stepping into Fiola is stepping into refined and elegant world. Every detail in this place oozes with taste, warmth and elegance. The menu is rather limited but the dishes are carefully and artistically made. Mason our waiter was amazing. Thank you for a pricy yet wonderful experience.

THANK YOU Fiola for making my birthday so lovely and special! An experience and memories I’ll always cherish! THE MOST amazing food, you simply have to stop here while in DC. Wonderful service from the moment you walk in. Our server, Mason, was highly knowledgeable about the wine list and very personable as well. Each course was beautifully crafted, it’s clear how much work and dedication went into each and every aspect of dinner. Thank you again Chef Fabio and the entire Fiola team!

So far the best michelin tried in the DMV area. From making modifications to my large party to the modification for me of no sheep's milks, which ended up modifying multiple courses, this restaurant was above accommodatable and amazing. First I'd have to give a shout out to the management staff, Sarah S was so helpful and nice and has a great demeanor, and Giuseppe was also amazing and assisted us with ending our bills and making white truffle recommendations. We tried the 9 course option which everyone raved about. 1 felt if we went for the 5 course, maybe it would have been a different experience and a few did not like the citrus flavor for the lobster entree meal, but every other course was so amazing. I'd recommend for sure to add on the white truffle and gnocchi pasta course as it was the highlight of everyone's night, as was the tiramisu. Definitely a place to visit again (this being said by someone who doesn't normally eat Italian food either!). Thank you Fiola!

Without a doubt the best meal I've ever had. I went a couple of years ago while in DC for a conference. I had some sort of prefixed chef's tasting menu that had 7 or 8 courses, all paired with wine. it was amazing and I can't wait to go back. The first course was almost too much for me to try. I usually don't eat raw meat, and the first course was a raw oyster topped with wagyu beef tartare, then topped again with caviar. While I was not used to the texture, the flavor was absolute art. The seafood, meat, sides, sauces, all the way to the garnish was all masterful and delicious. It took several people to create, present, and deliver the meal to the table. It was like watching a show unfold. The server was very knowledgeable about everything served and we were lucky he was also a sommelier. This made it even more interesting as he presented the wine that was served with each course. I can't recommend this place enough. It was just honored as the #2 Italian restaurant in the world that's outside of Italy. Do yourself a favor and go ready to spend whatever it takes to get the full experience.

Dinner here was exceptional. Service staff was amazing. We did the harvest menu where you get to pick 4 items yourself and the chef picks the others for you. We had not one complaint. Every dish was delicious. Some of our favorites were the Eggplant Mousse, Langoustine, Childhood(Pasta), Farmers Steak(Wagyu)& the Sweet Beginnings(Pumpkin Spice "Latte," Honeynut Squash Gelato). It felt like by the end of the night we must of had 15+ dishes. Oh and the cocktails! Such an experience. Highly recommend ordering their specialty cocktails. It is like nothing you’ve experience before! Super creative & fun. Needless to say, you definitely get your moneys worth and will not leave hungry or unhappy. It was an amazing experience and we can’t wait to go back next time we’re in D.C.!
