We have been heading over on Thursdays for the past 2 months or so and haven't had a bad experience yet. The food comes out quickly, and there is plenty of bar seating so we never have to wait on getting seated even during the lunch rush. Shout out to Krystal, sit at the bar so you can hang with her and get the best service from a bartender in all of River North. She remembers us every time, is super energetic and upbeat and is the reason we keep coming back. Favorite lunch spot in the area by far!

This is the best hooters around. I have been to every location in the Chicagoland area (which are all great!) but, the Downtown One is amazing! Everyone from the GM to the hostesses are friendly and attentive. Most of all, Krystal the bartender is the best! She is always super friendly and making sure everyone has a great time!

We went here on a Wednesday night to celebrate my nephew's birthday and the service was not good. We have frequented this establishment on several occasions and after tonight we won't be returning. First off the waitress was not attentive. We asked for drinks, ice and condiments and she needed reminders to bring them. When I ordered I asked for a Veggie burger with American cheese and fries, she then asked do you want cheese with that, what kind? Do you want fries with that? Also my sister asked if they could sing Happy birthday and it never happened. We waited a very long time for our orders to be taken and then an even longer time for the food to finally come out. The food was not hot, it apparently sat for quite some time. Finally when we received our bill we were charged gratuity for a large party. 3 of those counted in that party were babies, and we didn't order food for them. Eric the pm manager on duty stated to us that it was policy and that it was nothing he could do. Surely as the manager we know that he has the capability to waive the gratuity, we've had it done previously. Suddenly the waitress stepped in and decided that she would waive the gratuity. How is it that she has the authority but the manager does not? It was really pathetic and he needs to take some mangerial classes. Very poor service!

This place is so slow. I have been here in three separate occasions and the service is always slow. So be prepared to wait really long for a table or really long for food.

I love this place! The 🍤 was fresh and crispy! The chicken was hot! Although our waitress was crappy then food made up for it!
