What can I say, if you get a bad meal at Coculas then speak to a manager! Because in 15 years of going to their restaurants I have never had a bad meal and there service is solid. We have been served by a same waitresses for years now and that means they hold on to good people. The food is always tasty, fresh, hot and authentic in so many ways. Again and again we dine here because we are always satisfied with the whole experience. Well run restaurants.

Great food. Inexpensive and large portions. They always give customers a cup of soup when it's not a holiday. Great experiences each time I visit with family. They're cinnamon coffee is delicious and inexpensive as well.

If I could I would give no stars. My husband and I went there on Sunday night the waitresses were more worry about cleaning then taking care of the customers. We sat there for good 15 minutes and they never came to take our order I stood up and went up to a guy who was cleaning a table I asked him if they can take our order he said he would send the waitress right away which he never did. We waited another 10 more min then a rude lady came up to us, and asked if our order was taken. I said we were still waiting then she left and never came back. We stood up and left Right away. I will never go back to this place WORST SERVICE EVER.

I think some waiters could do better at not taking too long to check upon on our drinks, sometimes they either disappear or don't pay attention

The atmosphere is pretty good. The drinks are good also. Our waitress Yolonda was not very attentive. The food was good but you have to pay extra for cheese, sour cream, etc. I ordered the fish tacos. The tacos were not seasoned but cooked well. Also, I asked if the restaurant had shrimp and was told no. After consuming my meal another customer ordered shrimp and received it. This did no lt sir well with me. Other than that it okay.
