AVOID at all costs! Service is HORRIBLE. Every time I visit using the drive thru, they ask cars to pull forward and park and wait for your food. The wait is always at least 5 minutes. Today, they asked me to pull forward and I refused. I asked for a refund. My order was for a salad, fries and drink for $9.92. The refund processed was for a salad and fries for $8.82. I didn't catch this error immediately because I assumed they would process a full refund. When I called and spoke to the manager, he asked the girl who processed the refund and she had assumed I took the drink. He told me to return for my money. I said that if I didn't want to wait for the food, I certainly didn't want to return for the money. He didn't offer any other solutions. When I told him that I would be calling the Corporate offices, he said OK and hung up the phone. It's apparent that he didn't receive any customer service or service recovery training. I doubt that he was even a manager. Worst run McDonald's franchise in America. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

After getting off work late and heading home, I decided to stop at McDonald’s because it’s near my house and it’s supposed to have a 24 drive thru. I pull up to the menu board to place my order and a male worker says “sorry we’re closed”. Wait what? Your signs clearly say “24hr drive thru” I question the worker about this and he’s like “yeah but we already closed for the night” it’s 2:30am! How are you closed for the night if you have a 24 hour drive thru???

Good Food but seems as though the younger people pay "No Attention" to the customers. These phones have these "youngsters" all confused & everything to them is darn "Funny!" They need "MORE" Training!!!

I'm pretty sure almost everyone knows Mcdonalds, a nice place for kids, but no fancy meals.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I went to this location today Sunday May 20, 2018 I went to this McDonald’s since they are supposedly 24 HOURS. I got there around 3:40am. Well a lady spoke and said sorry we’re CLOSED . HOW THE HECK ARE YOU CLOSED IF YOU ARE 24 HOURS ?!?!? ARE YOU KIDDING ME ! MCDONALS YOU NEED TO YOUR S**T TOGETHER . ( I believe the employees were just too lazy to cook the food so they were trying to wait for breakfast time .)
