Guy in the early morning is always very nice and makes a great fast sandwich. It is always clean. Food seems fresh. Free cookies on Tuesday.

This place has joined Chipotle on the list of last resorts for fast food. The door was locked still at 1120am and the lady working had no sense of wanting to be there, had the attitude of that someone at a funeral would have and my sandwich completely lacked meat. Seemed like every three bites id get meat the rest was just veggies and bread. Seems like all the chains around Loyola lack customer service and the ability to actually make what they are known for......

The lady here will do her best to make you feel guilty for bothering her for a sandwich. If you dare to want a sandwich after 9 or 10pm, expect an uphill battle. I live right around the corner, and this place is a last option for food. I've decided to just stay hungry on nights where this Subway is the only thing open. She will refuse certain types of bread, condiments, and any other ingredients if she feels that they are too inconvenient for her to go into the back and get. Dont consider any of their post hours to be accurate. She closes when she wants, and with seemingly little consistency. The only consistent thing about this place is that you'll leave dissatisfied every time.

Makes great sandwiches. The ladies working sometimes are a bit on the grouchy side. There is a guy occasionally that is really nice which makes my day better.

The lady that work at night is very disrespectful and always rude to customers. I have been going to this location for years and all the other employees were good people. The lady that closed at night look at customers like they are crazy and always rush them out of the place...I no longer go to that location because of her attitudes toward customers. I go to the one on Peterson
