The chicken is very good. When you have it you will quickly realize that every other time you have had chicken fingers they were frozen. That said I do wish the chicken had a bit more seasoning. I feel good eating here vs. some of the macro fast food chains. Its good food and your kids will love it.

Great place, friendly staff and service. It’s the first day opening. 10/10 environment 10/10 service 10/10 friendly people Price: is decent and perfect I think. Food: it’s 3-fingers Combo in the picture. Food is good, but I can’t say they are great. 8.5/10 for food. Overall: great place to chill and eat. 9.5/10 Also, can’t wait to eat here one day at a super late night! I know they open until 3:30am in the morning...lol

I went to college in Louisiana and this was a staple of mine. So to find out that it was coming to Chicago was a pleasant surprise. It is as good as I remember it. Their sweet tea is off, but I don't expect people in the Midwest to make good sweet tea. The meal is what I care about and it is good.

Best fresh hot fried chicken. Sauce rocks. Sweet tea. Loved this place in grad school and very excited to find them in Chicago.

First and foremost, the chicken is wonderful, light crisp breading, always fresh. The fries also star, crinkle cut and salty. However I don't care for the slaw, the sauce, or the soggy, barely griddled flavorless bread they call Texas Toast. As such I placed my order for a box without the distasteful extras. This required management attention. Annoying, but tolerable, I'm really just trying to save you resources and improve your margin, but if it takes a three person team, so be it. Then, a few minutes later my food arrives, and I stupidly grab the bag to go, and much to my chagrin when I opened the emblazoned box at home I find sauce, slaw, and 'toast.'
