I like this place, and would love to give it 5 stars, but the service I received was poor. Our waitress dropped off our food and literally never came back. We had to get up and go ask her for something after 15 minutes of politely waiting. Then we waited another 30 minutes and finally got tired waiting so I had to go and ask for my ticket and desert for my 4 year old to go. Overall it's a good place to eat. Nice atmosphere "most" of the staff is friendly and helpful, but 1 star service dropped my 5 stars to a 3.

Fantastic home made German Food we have not had since we were stationed in Turkey and travelled to Germany a lot on business. We had some of the sausages and the Yager Schnitzel, hot German Potato Salad, Soup, and German Chocolate cake. All of them were truly exceptional. The German beers were also excellent. We met the owner, Margaret who welcomed us, the waitress made some excellent recommendations, excellent service and plenty of food for the price. Highly recommend, won’t disappoint, can’t say enough about the food ... scores a 15 on a scale of 1 to 10! My husband and I ate almost every bite!

Good selection of great German food, nice atmosphere. Service was okay and might be a little pricey

Great German food. The goulash is especially good. They have German candy up at the front, and the service has always been good. Sometimes they have live music.

I want to start off by saying the food is really good, that is not why I am writing this review. I am writing this review because of the horrible customer service I received. We went to Margaret's last night and while we were eating, our waitress was reaching to get my tea glass and spilled it all over my cell phone! She was like--oh sorry, I will clean this up, etc.. Well later last night, my phone completely died. So I called this morning and they said I needed to speak to Margaret, the owner. So I called back this afternoon and spoke to Margaret. Her response was-oh sorry these things happen, and there is nothing I can do. And then she went on to say that it was MY fault for having my phone there at all. And when I was like, it is not my fault this happened, YOUR waitress spilled the tea not me , and again she was like--well there is nothing I can do. Umm yes, she "could" have offered me a sincere apology, she could have asked me how much it was cost to replace my phone (in this case $225) and offered to pay half if not all of it. I am very upset with the way this was handled, I am unable to get my phone replaced, and I will not go back there again
