Excellent cuisine prepared by an enthusiastic staff. Remember: quality requires a bit of time. We witnessed the rather spectacular tableside preparation of their famous pressed duck (tho we didn't order it ourselves). My dining partner was very happy with her steak frites, and for me, the chef's prix fixe menu was delightful. Wine selections also fabulous. Prices not cheap, but certainly reasonable.

Delicious food and dessert with attentive service. This is a laid-back atmosphere so if you're in a rush this may not be your place. I can't wait for my next trip to Philadelphia to indulge in the exquisite food at Zinc.

Booked this restaurant almost a month in advance for 14 people at 7 pm on my 30th birthday. When I called to confirm a few days later that we are getting restaurant week menu, they asked me to come at 745. I call all my guests and reschedule for 745. Today is 1 day before my birthday dinner and the manager called to tell me they need to cancel my reservation or I can come, but would have to wait at least an hour if not more for a table due to a "computer issue". Don't book here unless you have a back up plan or if you are a small party that doesn't care of their plans get cancelled last minute.

The coursed meal was delicious! Glad to find good escargot this side of the Atlantic

Friendly service, good wine values, an interesting French bistro menu. Overall the food was good, though the mushroom soup was lackluster.
