Horrible service. We waited about 10 minuets after being seated to be acknowledged by a server. Then the table next to us left after waiting 20 minuets with no drinks. We promptly left after putting our water water and still waited another 10 minuets with no drinks. As we walked out, the manager didn’t say a word to us

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and ended up taking time to savor my chicken fajitas, they were really good and moist. Big serving size, had lots to take home for later and still left really full. Service was fast and friendly and food was reasonably priced.

So DISAPPOINTED! We have been going to El Chico for 2-3 family celebrations a year for the last 30 years. This time was rediculiously disappointing. The owners have passed away and now under new ownership. We waited an hour for our food (never ever waited that long ). Keep in mind they will not accept reservations or call early for large groups. Three out of ten plates came out. The waiter pivoted before we could even tell him our food was wrong and COLD! When we talked to the waiter the first time he tossed one of the cold plates on a nearby dirty table and came back literally 2 min later with a new plate. Then he brought the other plates and two of them were wrong. When my sister told the waiter her plate was wrong because it had onions, she is allergic, he got very upset walked by a trash can on the way to the kitchen and threw the plate and all in the trash, making a very loud boom literally scaring a near by custmer. The Manger just kept saying we are so busy.... Busy and bad attitudes are two different things. Cold plates, wrong orders, and we got up and filled our own waters and teas. RIDICULOUSLY DISAPPOINTED!!! Next event it will NOT be El Chico.

The waiter was good but the food could have been better. The rice was bland and the chalupa real thin and soft.

This place was great! Loved the Guadalajara Taco plate. You have to try the white queso! The brownie dessert is the best in town!
