Thanks Brody! You did a great job. My Mom and I really enjoyed our dinner. She had liver and onions, and then carrot cake for dessert. I had the garden veggie burger. My Mom said the liver was delicious, and I definitely liked the burger. We brought most of the carrot cake home, and my grand-nephew had some. He gave it his seal of approval 😊 We'll be back.

Nice place to visit if you are in the core area. A nice diner with a good history and some good food. A nice quick bite and friendly staff. Only downside is that it can take a bit for service to get around. Must of just been the day but overall nice place.

Been this Frans restaurant many times.. Visited this location after church and to celebrate Fathers" Day. Was the worst experience that ever had. Everything started okay and then the waitress did not visit us again. 45min later I had to frag her down and ask her why my meal was taking so long. She stated she will check on it but did not return to us with an explanation. I saw her talking to Tony, Manager, and I then flagged him down. I ask him why it was taking so long for me to get my food. He replied in a very impatient tone saying "Its busy sir " and then walked away with out listening to me further. I ended up walking to the service and telling her to cancel my meal as I was not happy with the service or the response from the manger. WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Food was great. Had the avocado club and it was amazing. Service was good. The restaurant was crazy hot and it was weird that there were no fans or air conditioning going.

Food was great as usual. We both had the philly sandwiches. Our server was polite and attentive and really good at his job. A great stop before the theatre. Save room for dessert as the lemon meringue pie is fantastic and large enough for two to split.
