Love The Tasting Kitchen. It’s a bit tucked off the street which makes it feel more intimate. Their drinks and cocktails are amazing, staff is really nice, and food is really good. Their warm bread with salted butter is out of this world.

This place is worth it. Excellent food and ambiance... "of its locale..." for sure. Perfect for a romantic date or just any old dinner between foodies. Chic yet welcoming - a delicate balance. The simpler dishes were actually the best. A three ingredient radicchio salad (tiny olives and hazelnuts) was simply divine, topped with a bit of pecorino and simple vinaigrette. The bone marrow was as expected, yet delightful. The steak however was a masterpiece. We've all had those exceptional steak moments in our lives, but this really took the cake. I don't know how it was achieved - perfectly rare, but somehow not bleeding. And the color was consistent, not pink bleeding into red. It was so incredibly soft. A real pleasure. And the bar staff knows what it's doing! I like ordering the weird and the wonderful, and they got it right each time.

$$$$$$$ for restaurant "known" for it's pasta, this place is crazy expensive. Our appetizers and main course were ok mind you. But nothing special to warrant the exorbitant price. We had a group of 5. My dish was the flat steak, cooked very well, but was overwhelmed by the balsalmic. Others in our group got the muscles, did not enjoy, very odd smell and taste. End on a high note, octopus appetizer was very good.... Service was attentive. The atmosphere is great.

Went for brunch - Really good food for sure. But the service totally ruined our experience. They basically forgot about our order and we waited for about 1.25 hour for food. They apologized and gave us a free dessert (that we didn’t want) but didn’t comp anything. Considering how pricey this place was I was just really unimpressed. And as a tourist I feel like I missed out on time that I could have spent seeing the city 😕

I’ve always had the tasting menu here, whether for dinner or brunch. Always a medley of classics and new twists on fresh ingredients. Whether it’s been pasta, whole fish, or sticky buns, everything I’ve eaten here has been delicious. Even after coming in a few times, there’s always something we haven’t had before. Won’t be long before I’m back again.
