The food was amazing and the service was even better. I'm telling you, there wasn't a moment when someone wasn't attending to our table or meal. The service is a team effort so everyone checks on you and it was fantastic. The grill chefs we're dressed in traditional Brazilian clothes and could really grill to perfection. The meat selection was just incredible and each thing I tried seem to get better and better. The bacon wrapped steaks we're the best. Perfectly seared and great tasting bacon. We also had a very personal dessert for our 31st anniversary. Set the pictures.

This place is amazing. Just be aware of the cost of the appetizers. You really dont need them and the meat is delicious. It's all you can eat meat so I suggest forgoing the salad bar so you have more room for delicious food. If you go during a special occasion (valentines day, mothers day, fathers day) you will get a card so that you Can come back and get buy one meal and get one free.

Finally got a chance to enjoy this place after seeing it advertised for years. I can't remember the name of their signature rum drinks, but get one (or more) if you go. The lamb and the parmesan crusted pork are really good. Don't overlook the appetizer bar. It has great meats, cheeses, and other nibbles.

I gave 3 stars mainly for service, because it was excellent. Parking was best and cheapest when doing valet from the front of the restaurant. There were others in the vicinity. This is not a great Brazilian restaurant...I've been to a few, with Texas de Brazil being my most frequented. The salad bar options were scarce and hardly any other hot food options for those who choose not to have meat, like myself. I was with a large party who also were not pleased with the meat selections, the flavor or cooking style. It's far too pricey for the offerings.... However, the cheese rolls were quite tasty!

This is my first visit to the uptown location, as I usually go to the one in Addison. This one is very nice, with a great atmosphere. The salad bar is fantastic, including a great selection of cheeses, vegetables, and meats. Of course the main reason for coming here is the meat, and it upholds the very high standards set by this chain. Everything was cooked to perfection and was as good as it gets for the carnivores out there. I also highly recommend the papaya cream for dessert. Once again Fogo delivers an amazing experience.
