most unhelpful store we have encountered

Probably the most unhelpful store we have encountered. Bad customer service and flooring is exceptionally overpriced. We were very disappointed when we visited the store being ignored by the people serving for quite some time. We called multiple times were put on hold, every time they returned back to the phone they answered it like it was a brand new phone call and completely forgotten about me being on hold. Once we reminded them they said “oh” and put me on hold again..... Once we finally gotten through they passed us over to someone without any knowledge and had to explain everything all over again, but to make it worse this manager had the worst attitude we had ever heard in our life. Just so ridiculous and will never buy from this store again. Most of the employees seemed quite inadequate so we used another company as the staff were much more helpful and product was much better and cheaper. . Sorry

unprofessional - poor service - Not friendly

Not friendly, poor service, unprofessional. They literally hung up on me consecutively, I had thought the connection must have failed so I called back and was hung up on again. I visited their company, material average quality for very high price. I will not be going back to Exclusive Carpets. EVER

Terrible functioning store

0% satisfaction. I accepted a quote over a month. I accepted the same day but asked whether the job could be brought forward. I didn't hear anything but apparently he left for a while. I rang the office, spoke to someone in commercial who said that he often read his emails so probably would respond, but nothing, for few weeks until I called him again.They are time wasters and I actually think they wanted to get out of their legal obligation of the accepted quote. Terrible functioning store.

I highly recommend not deal with this company. They do their best to scam customers. Its better to do research finding real professional not like these,, they certainly DO NOT provide appropriate customer service. One customer said, the manager write to him “I cannot believe this guy, he does not let go” !!! Of course customers wont let go when a contract is signed and you are not respecting it !!!

I would give a ZERO if i could. They refused to answer any emails, calls or messages my partner would send regarding finishing their work. Manager sent an email replying to employees talking bad about my partner and said “I cant believe this guy wont let this go” extremely unprofessional, will be telling A LOT of people not to use this companies services, also would charge extra for services they said they would provide in contract after my partner already paid a fixed amount.*** -1/10 bad company***
