A smooth efficient process from start to finish.

Tom was absolutely great to work with, as was your installers! A smooth efficient process from start to finish. Installers arrived on time and completed the install in a timely manner. Leaving the area finished beautifully. Would definitely recommend your business.

Fantastic selection, awesome people!

Fantastic selection, awesome people! Your selection rivals any of the Big Box stores. But out-rival them in customer service. Won't go anywhere else!

I have been a customer for many years and have always been happy with my flooring. I have purchased laminate and carpeting. The prices are competitive and the installers did a good job. I like the fact they are family owned and in my community. They are always there to answer our calls and address any questions. Nice selection of products to choose from.

I have had great service from this store in the past! They seem to be very competitive with wood, carpet and a good source for quality stone tile as well! They have been in business for a very long time. I believe they have good reputation in this industry as years in business resonates as a successful flooring retailer. Successful can be defined by consistency with quality products, good service, competitive price and again # of years in business as to back up warranties etc!

Rob, Thank you so much for all of your assistance; calling over a holiday weekend, searching for and researching a piece of carpet for our stairs, adjusting to our schedule and providing us with a beautiful carpet. I am so happy that you are in our neighborhood.

Don't waste your time with this store. I cannot even get a quote. I came in to the store, gave them all the measurements and my contact info. Talked to Tom there. Week later, nothing. I email him, the next day he emails me back that he will have the quote ready. Next day he emails me a link to a vendor so I can find out the pricing on my own. What a joke.
