The installation crew was fantastic

I write this as a thank you to the entire staff at Exploring Flooring. Staff was extremely helpful, helping us sort through the many different types of carpet types and colors. They truely made the task, as difficult as it was, easier to go through. The installation crew was fantastic, they worked hard and efficiently doing (4) bedrooms, (1) family rm, (1) office, steps and a hall - in a day and a half. The old carpet was pickup when they were finished. I highly recommend Exploring Flooring.

Highly recommend!

All aspects from selection to install were great. The installer (don't recall name but lived in Batavia) and his crew were wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

An excellent experience from start to finish.

An excellent experience from start to finish. Appreciated knowledgeable sales and customer service helping to select a great fit in our home. The installation crew was fantastic. Very polite and considerate of our needs during the installation process. They seemed to take great pride in their work resulting in a great finished hardwood floor.

I have been a customer for many years and have always been happy with my flooring. I have purchased laminate and carpeting. The prices are competitive and the installers did a good job. I like the fact they are family owned and in my community. They are always there to answer our calls and address any questions. Nice selection of products to choose from.

I have had great service from this store in the past! They seem to be very competitive with wood, carpet and a good source for quality stone tile as well! They have been in business for a very long time. I believe they have good reputation in this industry as years in business resonates as a successful flooring retailer. Successful can be defined by consistency with quality products, good service, competitive price and again # of years in business as to back up warranties etc!

Don't waste your time with this store. I cannot even get a quote. I came in to the store, gave them all the measurements and my contact info. Talked to Tom there. Week later, nothing. I email him, the next day he emails me back that he will have the quote ready. Next day he emails me a link to a vendor so I can find out the pricing on my own. What a joke.
