From start to finish we were pleased with the process.

This was our second flooring install using your company. From start to finish we were pleased with the process. We will most definitely recommend Exploring Flooring to whomever we can. The end result was even better than we had hoped. Thank you so much for your hard work!

We are pleased!

We were not at home when are carpet was installed 4 rooms, hallway and stairs, so we did not observe the work in progress. The result was excellent. The price was very competitive. We are pleased!

The installers were excellent

Your store was highly recommended by Kelly. Tom was very knowledgeable, brought samples and answered all our questions. The installers were excellent, worked very hard. We were very impressed. There were no issues. The carpet looks beautiful. We have and will continue to recommend Exploring Flooring to family and friends.

Totally pleased with our experience from start to finish.

We were totally pleased with our experience from start to finish. Tom was very supportive in working with us as we were like 1st time buyers and had never had such a big expenditure before other than home buying. Tom was always available with understanding and ideas based on our needs. (Even showed us flooring in his home!) Steve was also very supportive and available for any questions and explanations during the process. (Frankie too!) All the workers were very hard workers and respectful professionals. I felt like everyone who came into our home totally cared to do their best for our best interests!

Dealing with Tom on most all of these purchases has been very easy

I have used Exploring Flooring for my home and my church. Each time the assistance in selecting materials, scheduling, and install has been excellent. Dealing with Tom on most all of these purchases has been very easy. His input and guidance in the selection process makes this happen.

Tom and the installers were wonderful to work with.

Tom and the installers were wonderful to work with. Tom was very prompt with our quote and install was sooner than expected. The installers were the nicest people I've had in my home. I was thrilled with this experience, which isn't always the case. I would recommend your company, Tom and your installers to anyone in need of flooring.

I have been a customer for many years and have always been happy with my flooring. I have purchased laminate and carpeting. The prices are competitive and the installers did a good job. I like the fact they are family owned and in my community. They are always there to answer our calls and address any questions. Nice selection of products to choose from.

I have had great service from this store in the past! They seem to be very competitive with wood, carpet and a good source for quality stone tile as well! They have been in business for a very long time. I believe they have good reputation in this industry as years in business resonates as a successful flooring retailer. Successful can be defined by consistency with quality products, good service, competitive price and again # of years in business as to back up warranties etc!

Don't waste your time with this store. I cannot even get a quote. I came in to the store, gave them all the measurements and my contact info. Talked to Tom there. Week later, nothing. I email him, the next day he emails me back that he will have the quote ready. Next day he emails me a link to a vendor so I can find out the pricing on my own. What a joke.
