Overall this was a good experience -Thank you.

I am grateful that I was able to take carpet samples home - so helpful with making a final choice. Tom was also able to accomodate my install date which made this process a bit easier to manage. Overall this was a good experience -Thank you.

Highly recommend Exploring Flooring!!!

Because of your fantastic work on our kitchen floor & backsplash 12 years ago, we knew exactly who to go to for our bathroom project this year. Our project turned out even better than I imagined! From sales to installation, everyone was professional, personable, and patient! Highly recommend Exploring Flooring!!!

Fantastic customer service!

From start to finish we were pleased with the process.

We are pleased!

We were not at home when are carpet was installed 4 rooms, hallway and stairs, so we did not observe the work in progress. The result was excellent. The price was very competitive. We are pleased!

The installers were excellent

Your store was highly recommended by Kelly. Tom was very knowledgeable, brought samples and answered all our questions. The installers were excellent, worked very hard. We were very impressed. There were no issues. The carpet looks beautiful. We have and will continue to recommend Exploring Flooring to family and friends.

I have been a customer for many years and have always been happy with my flooring. I have purchased laminate and carpeting. The prices are competitive and the installers did a good job. I like the fact they are family owned and in my community. They are always there to answer our calls and address any questions. Nice selection of products to choose from.

I have had great service from this store in the past! They seem to be very competitive with wood, carpet and a good source for quality stone tile as well! They have been in business for a very long time. I believe they have good reputation in this industry as years in business resonates as a successful flooring retailer. Successful can be defined by consistency with quality products, good service, competitive price and again # of years in business as to back up warranties etc!

Don't waste your time with this store. I cannot even get a quote. I came in to the store, gave them all the measurements and my contact info. Talked to Tom there. Week later, nothing. I email him, the next day he emails me back that he will have the quote ready. Next day he emails me a link to a vendor so I can find out the pricing on my own. What a joke.
