Knowledgeable staff. Extremely helpful. Very large and wide selections. My go-to hardware store. No hassle returns. Staff will load ALL of your purchases. Many times they filled my van with 1 ton of bricks, pavers, soil, mulch, etc. No joke. Highly, highly recommend. One thing: in 10 yrs, I might have received 2 coupons. Sales usually are not worth your time. Home Depot often less expensive for a similar item. I must give them an humanitarian award for granting me 11K "loan" to replace my roof right after Hurricane Sandy. Credit that I didn't qualify to receive!! I paid them back over several years. Thank You Lowe's!!

I can't say enough about this particular Lowe's,I enjoy shopping here and the FSA Gary is very perscapacious, always going above and beyond to help customers and staff. I consistently find everything I am in need of at this facility. Thank you for your great customer service.

We are pleased with our new refrigerator that we purchased at Lowe’s Whitehall this month. The staff was cordial, the experience was good. Our issue was with the delivery and installation. We were surprised to learn that Lowe’s uses an outside company to handle that. The odds of a smooth, Lowe’s type transaction are no doubt lowered when “someone else” takes over. We respectfully suggest that Lowe’s take a hard look. It was disappointing.

This store continues to go downhill fast! No one is ever around to help. Employees who do work there are telling to each other through the main areas about being out the night before. Who wants to hear that!!!? Maybe they should take the time to see if someone needed help!!!

As a female, I abhor hardware stores. I went to school for carpentry; previously was a roofer, flooring installer, painter, & even worked road construction (yes boys, i can operate a backhoe and loader!). Sickens me to watch all those male employees gathered to ‘gawk’, drool, and look useless in their Lowe’s vests. Then along comes Laverne to assist. Wonderful personality! Humorous & extremely helpful! Employee of the Month in my book!! I would give her five stars and the rest of the store three. Life saver at helping us find the perfect odor eaters for our new apartment and was a bright part of my day. But even with all that, no woman should have to feel neglected shopping at a home improvement store, especially Lowes. They could follow their motto - Never Stop Improving - for their customer service.
