Great windows made by hardworking people. High-quality replacement windows, even though company is known more for new construction products.

Local window factory. One of the largest employers in the Northern Dauphin County area with 3 facilities in Millersburg, Gratz and Hegins.

Quality control is suspect - delivery is awful Received replacement windows due to defective seals per the class action law suit. Had to wait two months for remaining windows ordered due to improper packaging and therefore damage by shipper. I was surprised how poorly some windows were packed and didn't get damaged by shipper. Now waiting for the third time for undamaged windows to be delivered. Meanwhile, I have stacks of windows in my house to be installed at one time by contractor. Customer service never admitted to mistake or even apologized, after them stating all windows were delivered on my order, then to realize windows were damaged in transit and acknowledged problem. This is the truth unlike another post that stated reviews were all lies. These are facts! Had to speak to the Manager

Don't listen to the bad reviews of this company! They're all lying! I purchased these windows five years ago, and I'd have to say, I am super happy of the quality and the craftsmanship of these windows. I have recommended these windows and doors to all of my friends, family, and neighbors!
