Giving this facility even one star is a complete joke. My mom brought in a package, along with an old shipping form to use as a guide in completing a new form. The woman working decided it would be appropriate to photocopy the old form (which included my signature, and I was not even present on the day of this incident) instead of completing a new one, and proceeded to use Wite-Out to modify the previous date and tracking number. My mom tried to explain that the new shipping address had a different postal code, but the woman disregarded her comments and continued to reassure her that her package would arrive at the correct facility.
As a result of this employee's incompetence, the package arrived at the wrong facility, and the application for an important document has been greatly delayed. Could my mom have put a stop to this? Yes, if she was confident enough in her English-speaking skills; however, she isn't, and cracked under pressure. I will never use their services again, and advise you to do the same, since they do not understand the simple concept of authorized signatures and lack the ability to be respectful towards their customers.
