The other ratings speaks for itself. We are being forced to be generous by giving them even a star. I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I had to use their Canada Post service to ship an item. They didn't even bother providing me the tracking number. After reaching the destination, the shipment got rerouted back to them for some error and the package arrival got delayed by about a month. They didn't even bother contacting me when it reached back to them. If I had the tracking number, I could have contacted the destination's local post office to arrange for a pick up. And bizarrely, their rates are nearly twice the normal, and their justification seems to be that they can do so because they are at the airport. You are better of taking your business to the UPS store in Coventry which is about 5 minutes drive away who have far better service, or even the one at Beddington, which might be the next closest one, than giving it to these people who like to rip you off.
