Where are the clothes I want to wear to a wedding. Airline lost my bag on Wednesday night. On Thursday, airline said Seawings would have the bag delivered that evening. No bag arrived. I called Seawings the next morning after airline told me they should have delivered the bag already. (When airline tried to call Seawings they claim there was no answer.) I spoke with a woman who would not or could not tell me what time to expect bag. When I got frustrated, she told me to change the way I was speaking to her. I hung up and called back, she answered and transferred me to a man who told me "he did not know" at least 5 times. He did know there were two bags headed to the town I was in. He did not know what time they had received my bag from airline. He did not know if it was my bag. He did not know where the bags were. He did not know what time the bags might be delivered. He did not know if the driver would stop and take his call if he called to find out. To top it off, he asked me to call back in 20 minutes to see what he found out. These two conversations are now my examples of worst customer service experience ever. Thankfully no on really cares about delayed baggage so this review won't make any difference. I do feel better writing it all down.
